Job Responsibilities:
1. Fully be responsible for the management work and team building of the project management department, establish and improve the company's project management system and standards, and implement the company's various management systems.
2. Responsible for the organization of the project department, put forward the standard configuration of the project department and suggestions for the composition of the team; guide the project department to carry out work; and conduct real-time and effective supervision of the project department.
3. Assist in doing business communication work.
4. Complete other tasks arranged by the general manager.
