During the two-day on-site review, the review team implemented the company’s management system in accordance with the "Administrative Measures for the Qualification Accreditation of Inspection and Testing Institutions", the "General Requirements for the Evaluation of the Qualification Accreditation Ability of Inspection and Testing Institutions for Inspection and Testing Institutions" and the requirements of related testing technology standards and methods. Systematic and comprehensive on-site inspection and evaluation were carried out on the situation and the validity and compliance of related documents, as well as the technical capabilities of the expanded parameters. At the same time, the review team listened to reports, discussed questions, reviewed quality and technical documents and related activity records, on-site inquiries, on-site inspections, and on-site practical operation assessments, etc., to assess the personnel, site environment, and environment involved in the newly added test items/parameters applied for. The basic conditions and technical capabilities of equipment and facilities shall be verified on site, and the authorized signatory shall be assessed.

After a comprehensive assessment, the review team gave a high evaluation of our company's organization and management, technical testing capabilities and laboratory construction, and fully affirmed the preparation work and testing capabilities. The review team agreed that our company meets the requirements of the "General Requirements for the Qualification Evaluation of Inspection and Testing Organizations" in terms of management system operation, equipment and testing capabilities, and can meet the needs of the testing work carried out, and the quality system can guarantee The quality of inspection work, guarantee the independence and impartiality of the organization. At the same time, the review team put forward opinions and suggestions on the development and management of the testing center.
